The main premise for the interior design project of the offices of Netgar, a company specialising in professional, high quality cleaning services in La Garrotxa, is to transmit the values of professionalism, rigour and quality through the design of the space, creating a timeless, forward-looking image.

The proposal focuses on the location of the main element of the counter within the space, in such a way that it manages to delimit the areas for clients from the areas for workers without the need to close the space and leaving the main circulation free to arrive at the meeting rooms located at the back of the space.

The meeting rooms are designed in such a way that they are visually connected to the rest of the office, enhancing the continuity of the space and allowing for visual and acoustic privacy depending on their use.

In terms of materiality, the project focuses on a clean and almost surgical aesthetic, emphasising the sense of the company. White colours are used and only the counter stands out, a representative piece of the space that accentuates Netgar’s corporate colour.

Vanguard and R+D for the new multifunctional gastronomic space

Interior Design and graphic identity apply for the new Hofmann classroom located on the emblematic Via Laietana. The prestigious Hostelry & Patisserie school of Barcelona proposes the creation of a culinary space with the intention to reflect the path and philosophy of the school from its beginning, but gambling at the same time on Vanguard and culinary R+D to make this space a reference point in and out of the school.

The interior design is based on linking the past-present concepts and project an image of Vanguard with a clear futuristic bet. It is through a conceptual solution of “Box in box”, where the existing inner wrapper of the original premises represents the history of the school and contrasts with the white, impolite and modulated inner box that delimits the kitchen area.

One of the challenges was to find a way to integrate all culinary equipment into the space without losing the box aesthetic. And, in addition, being able to change or adapt according to the needs and uses of each moment.
In order to achieve it, a double skin was created to hide all the equipment and stands on the sides thanks to a door system that allows you to open and close according to the needs without losing the aesthetic and initial concept.

In the centre of the box, a large marble table finished diagonally is found, a detail that characterizes the school’s corporate image. With this table we create a totem that becomes the jewel element.

BY LAPACA is a global design project in which the corporate identity and interior design are developed for the renowned pastry chef Raúl Bernal. The project aims to reflect the creativity, fun, surprise and humor so well characterise his products and designs.

The interior design for the cake shop, focuses on creating a flexible, changing and fun space where the products are accessible from any corner. As if it were Hansel & Gretel, the customer is part of a participatory and surprising experience where he or she discovers the sweets and cakes arranged in a grid-shaped perimeter skin, in reference to the order and precision required in pastry, and where the lockable boxes contain the surprise factor.

In the centre of the space, there is a sculptural display element that enables the product to be exhibited but also allows the pastry chef to create special events such as show cooking, presentations, tastings, etc.

The project is developed without limits, removing the barrier of the counter between the customer and the shop assistant and giving him total freedom within the space, in order to create a contemporary relationship and treating the shop as a total exhibition space to be able to visualize from any angle the products displayed in it.

Cinc Sentits is a gastronomic restaurant located in Barcelona, awarded with two Michelin stars. Cinc Sentits offers an interpretation of the Catalan traditional cuisine taken to our days by the chef Jordi Artal. This is a total design project, from the concept conceiving, the interior design, the works management, till the corporate identity.

The visit at to his family natal town at La Torre de l’Espanyol, was the initial point of the concept intervention; FIELD – TOWN –CITY, in reference to the chef’s career evolution, from the countryside to the city, passing through the family town house, linked with its avant-grade Catalan cuisine that he practices with quality and proximity products.

The architectural and interior design wants to transport the customer into the three stages of the concept, from rugged and untreated materials, placed in its purest state in the field, passing through the warmth of the town, to refining, brightness and clear colours of the Mediterranean cities. A system for the materials disposal in the entire intervention is created to unify the proposal, but at the same time allows each space to show its characteristics elements.
